我国高校毕业生就业服务体系随着市场经济的建立、整体劳动就业制度的改革而发展推进,呈现服务主体多元化、服务内容多样化、服务方式灵活化、服务要求专业化和服务流程标准化的特点。虽取得长足进步,但短板和不足也十分明显,如总体协调性不足、运行机制仍未理顺通畅、服务队伍的专业服务能力不足、就业服务供应链缺乏连贯性系统性、绩效评估机制待建立健全等。为有效应对,建议建立健全各部门工作协调机制、清晰职能定位和理顺运行机制、大力推进服务模式专业化效能化、全面提升服务手段信息化智能化、提高服务针对性和精准有效性、建立就业服务绩效评估机制。
<<With the establishment of the market economy and the reform of the overall labor employment system,the employment service system of college graduates in our country develops and advances. It presents the characteristics of diversified service subjects,diversified service contents,flexible service modes,specialized service requirements and standardized service processes. Although great progress has been made,shortcomings and deficiencies are also very obvious,such as the overall coordination is insufficient,the operation mechanism is not smooth,the professional service capacity of the service team is insufficient,the employment service supply chain lacks coherence and systematicness,and the performance evaluation mechanism needs to be established and improved. In order to respond effectively,it is suggested to establish and improve the work coordination mechanism of various departments,clear functional positioning and smooth operation mechanism,vigorously promote the professionalization and efficiency of service mode,comprehensively improve the information and intelligence of service means,improve the pertinence,precision and effectiveness of service,and establish the employment service performance evaluation mechanism.
