    2018~2020年广州市增城区普通高中项目化劳动教育实践报告

    摘要

    近年来,广州市增城区普通高中劳动教育取得一定成效,但仍然存在深层次的系统性和结构性问题,主要是缺乏基于目标的项目化劳动体系设计,使学校劳动教育非系统化、非常态化和低效化,制约了劳动教育的深层发展。本报告以党和国家关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见为导向,构建适合普通高中开展劳动教育的系统性长效机制,在调查研究和典型样本实践的基础上进行了学校劳动教育项目选择、融合创新、实施模式和体系建构等实践路径及其关键环节的系统探索,呈现了学校项目化劳动教育实践体系建构的内在逻辑与行动策略,为劳动教育的深化实施提供了实际问题解决的项目视角与组织方法,可作为国内普通高中开展劳动教育的一份多角度参照样本。

    Abstract

    In recent years,labor education in ordinary high schools in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou has achieved certain results,but there are still deep systemic and structural problems,mainly due to the lack of goal-based project labor system design,which leads to the unsystematic,abnormal and inefficient labor education in schools,and restricts the deep development of labor education. Guided by the opinions of the Party and the state on comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities,high schools and primary schools in the new era,the report constructed a systematic long-term mechanism suitable for ordinary high schools to carry out labor education,and systematically explored the practical paths and key links of school labor education project selection,integration and innovation,implementation mode and system construction on the basis of investigation and research as well as the typical sample practice. This paper also presented the internal logic and action strategy of the construction of school project-based labor education practice system,which provided a project perspective and organization method for the deepening implementation of labor education,and could be used as a multi-angle reference sample for domestic ordinary high schools to carry out labor education.
