    2008~2018年广州市中职学校职业生涯教育课程建设报告

    摘要

    中职学校职业生涯教育在帮助学生应对就业、创业和升学等多元化选择方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,广州市中职学校以专门课程为载体,以学生竞赛为抓手,以校企合作为契机,积极推动职业生涯教育课程建设。但其在课程实施过程中仍存在课程任务单一化、课程实施碎片化、课程内容宽泛化、课程成效难显现等诸多问题。为此,建议广州市中职学校加强顶层设计,统筹规划职业生涯教育课程建设;以培养目标为导向,明确职业生涯教育校本课程的目的与任务;以学生发展为轴心,构建职业生涯教育课程的目标与内容体系;以课程纲要为载体,规范职业生涯教育校本课程的管理与实施;以校企合作为平台,开发基于职业大类的职业生涯教育校本课程资源;以成长档案为工具,设计基于职业成熟度的职业生涯教育校本课程评价。

    Abstract

    Career education in vocational schools plays an important role in helping students evaluate their potential career paths,such as employment,entrepreneurship and further education. In recent years,vocational schools in Guangzhou are promoting the career education curriculum construction by the means of specialized courses construction,student competition and school-enterprise cooperation. However,in the process of curriculum implementation,there are still many problems,such as the simplification of curriculum task,the fragmentation of curriculum implementation,the generalization of curriculum content and the invalidation of curriculum effectiveness. Therefore,it is suggested that Guangzhou should strengthen the top-level design to make overall planning for the school-based curriculum construction of career education,make clear the purpose and task of school-based curriculum of career education guided by the talents cultivation objective,construct the goal and content system of school-based curriculum of career education based on the students development,standardize the management and implementation of school-based curriculum of career education according to the curriculum outline,develop the school-based curriculum resources of career education through school-enterprise cooperation and design the school-based curriculum evaluation of career education by using portfolio assessment.
