    2018年粤港澳大湾区城市基础教育发展研究

    摘要

    本文在对粤港澳大湾区各城市教育财政经费投入、基础教育生均教育事业经费、千人在校生数、生师比等指标进行比较分析的基础上,指出了大湾区内地九市基础教育整体发展水平偏低、教育经费投入不足、城市之间基础教育发展水平差距偏大等问题。从学前教育、义务教育、普通高中教育、师资队伍建设四个方面,概括和提炼了大湾区基础教育阶段主要的政策举措,并提出了大力解决粤港澳大湾区核心城市幼儿园入学难问题、着力解决粤港澳大湾区义务教育不平衡问题、重点解决粤港澳大湾区普通高中特色多样发展问题的建议和继续深化粤港澳大湾区基础教育交流与合作等发展建议。

    Abstract

    Based on the comparative analysis of indicators in various cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area such as the financial investment in education,the education funding per-student,the number of students per thousand population,and the student-teacher ratio in basic education. This article points out problems of the basic education of nine inland cities in the big bay area,such as the development level is low,inadequate education funds is outstanding phenomenon,there are big gaps in the level of basic education development between cities etc. And from preschool education,compulsory education,the ordinary high school education,the construction of teaching staff,summarizing and refining the big bay area basic education stage major policy initiatives,and put forward to development Suggestions such as solve kindergarten entrance difficult problem of core cities,solve unbalanced compulsory education,solve high school variety and characteristic development problem,continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation in basic education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area etc.
