幼儿园课程政策是指引幼儿园课程建设的行动纲领和准则。在粤港澳大湾区教育合作发展的背景下,本文采用内容分析法,通过文本编码和词频统计,对粤港澳幼儿园课程政策文本进行跨区域比较,在剖析三地幼儿园课程政策的异同过程中,探求广州市幼儿园课程建设与改进的具体思路。研究结果显示,三地政策均非常强调课程实施,但在课程理念、课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程管理以及课程评价等方面各有特色。与广东省政策相比,港澳政策相对更加全面、连贯。其中,香港政策强调课程建设与管理,澳门政策关注生活统整的课程内容。因此,广州市幼儿园课程建设与改进应注重建立综合统整的课程体系,坚持保教结合,完善课程评价机制,多方合作共建特色园本课程。
<<Kindergarten curriculum policy plays a guiding role in the construction of kindergarten curriculum. Using content analysis with text coding and word frequency statistics,this study conducted a cross-regional comparison of the kindergarten curriculum policies issued by the educational governments in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao in the context of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao bay area educational cooperation development. In analyzing the similarities and differences of kindergarten curriculum policies in the three regions,the strategies for the construction and improvement of kindergarten curriculum in Guangzhou were explored. The results showed that curriculum implementation is the focus of three policies. All policies demonstrated their own characteristics in the aspects of curriculum philosophy,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,and curriculum management. The curriculum policies of Hong Kong and Macao are relatively more comprehensive and coherent with emphasis on curriculum construction and management and curriculum content respectively. Therefore,the construction and improvement of kindergarten curriculum in Guangzhou should focus on establishing a comprehensive and integrated curriculum system,insisting on the integration of teaching and learning,improving the curriculum evaluation mechanism,and cooperating with multiple parties to build a special kindergarten-based curriculum.
