2019年,广州市以提高人才培养质量为核心、以深化内涵建设为重点、以项目建设为引领,着力激发中等职业学校发展的内生动力,提升中等职业教育发展水平和服务区域经济社会发展的能力。但面对新阶段更高水平的发展需求,广州市中等职业学校依然存在办学条件不足、中高职发展不均衡、产教融合配套改革缺位、师资队伍建设机制滞后等问题。为此,广州市亟须在中等职业学校基础能力、中高本衔接的人才培养体系、产教融合机制、师资队伍建设等方面进行系统改革,进一步巩固广州市中等职业教育的基础性地位。
<<Guangzhou focused on improving the quality of personnel training,deepening the connotation construction,taking the project construction as the guide,and strive to stimulate the endogenous power of the development of secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the development level of secondary vocational education and the ability to serve the regional economic and social development in 2019. However,in the face of higher level development needs in the new stage,there are still some problems in Guangzhou secondary vocational schools,such as insufficient school running conditions,unbalanced development of secondary and higher vocational schools,lack of supporting reform of production and education integration,lag of teaching staff construction mechanism and so on. Therefore,it is urgent for Guangzhou to carry out systematic reform in the aspects of basic ability of secondary vocational schools,talent training system linking secondary and higher vocational schools,the integration mechanism of industry and education and the construction of teaching staff,so as to further consolidate the basic status of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou.
