    2019年广州义务教育发展状况分析与展望

    摘要

    2019年,广州市以促进义务教育优质均衡发展为目标,多措并举,义务教育规模不断扩大,质量不断提高。然而,广州市义务教育仍存在体量大、生师比偏高、教师高学历人员偏少、生均教育事业费和公用经费投入依然不足等问题,学位供需矛盾,公、民办比例不协调和教育不均衡问题依然存在。未来应紧紧围绕“均衡”“优质”发力,继续加大义务教育优质学位供给;合理调整民办学校规模;落实好来穗人员随迁子女就读问题;统筹协调,促进义务教育均衡发展;优化义务教育师资队伍结构,提高教师队伍整体素质。

    Abstract

    In 2019,with the goal of promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,Guangzhou has taken multiple measures to continuously expand the scale and quality of compulsory education. However,Guangzhou’s compulsory education still suffers from problems such as large scale,high student-teacher ratio,few teachers with high academic qualifications,and insufficient per-student education fees and public funding. The supply and demand of degrees are contradictory,and the proportion of public and private institutions is not coordinated. Educational imbalance still exists. In the future,efforts should be focused on “balanced” and “high-quality”,and continue to increase the supply of high-quality degrees in compulsory education;rationally adjust the scale of private schools;implement the problem of children who are moving to Guangzhou;coordinate and promote the balanced development of compulsory education;optimization Compulsory education teacher team structure,improve the overall quality of the teacher team.
