    2019年广州教育事业发展状况分析与展望

    摘要

    2019年,广州坚持以人民为中心,全面推进素质教育,实施学前教育“5080”工程,推动基础教育集团化办学,推动职业教育产教融合,推进高等教育内涵发展,注重师资队伍内培外引,加大财政教育投入。为解决学前教育学位不足、义务教育不够均衡、普通高中学校同质化、中等职业学校办学条件较差和市属高校优质资源匮乏等问题,广州教育应采用多元机制增加学前教育学位供给,加强义务教育资源保障,分层分类推进普通高中多元发展,积极推动产教研深度融合和扩大市属高校研究生办学规模。

    Abstract

    In 2019,Guangzhou adhered to the people-centered approach,comprehensively improved quality education,implemented the “5080” project for preschool education,promoted the group running schools to strengthen the quality of compulsory education,advanced the integration of industry and teaching for vocational education,enhanced the connotation construction of higher education,focused on internal training and external introduction of faculty,and increased the financial investment to guarantee the development of education. To solve the problems such as insufficient preschool education degrees,unbalanced compulsory education development,obvious homogenization of ordinary high schools,poor conditions for running secondary vocational schools,and lack of high-quality resources in municipal universities,Guangzhou should adopt diversified mechanisms to increase the supply of preschool education degrees,increase the resource for guaranteeing compulsory education,foster the diversified development of ordinary senior high schools,actively stimulate the deep integration of production,teaching,and research,and expand the scale of postgraduate education in municipal colleges and universities.
