China’s economy grew faster even under the situations of further intensifying the policies carried by the central government of energy saving & emission reduction and environmental protection. It meant that China’s economy had an immense internal drive for its hyper-growth. The target of emission reduction would be achieved，if the technical structure adjustment and update of the Secondary Industry may gain further progress，and the Tertiary Industry may obtain expected growth，and the overall investment intensity would be able to meet the demand of the national environmental protection and circular economy development.
