2007年，物价涨幅明显提高，其原因在于部分食品涨价而导致的结构性上涨，但在社会总供求总体平衡的情况下，不支持普遍的价格上涨，因此需要正确认识成本推动的物价上涨。食品价格大幅度上涨突出反映了相关的生产流通方式的问题。另外，房价、股价上涨也主要是由于需求推动。
