我国经济连续数年保持10%以上的高速增长，且增长速度逐年提高。2006年GDP增长11。1%，达到本轮经济周期以来的最高水平。2007年上半年GDP增长达到11。5%，其中第二季度达到11。9%，创造了近10年来的同期最高增速，增长势头强劲。但同时CPI也开始快速上涨，经济中的不均衡问题凸显。
<<China’s economy has kept high speed growth of over 10% for a number of years successively，and the growth rate rises year by year. GDP of 2006 rose 11.1%，reached the top of the present economic cycle，while GDP of 2nd quarter of 2006 rose 11.9% which is the highest level of the corresponding period in the recent decade. It reflected fairly strong growth. Meantime，CPI also began to rise rapidly，disclosing imbalance in economy.
