Urban underground pipeline is one of the important infrastructure，and the lifeline for the city operation. It is an important basis for the well-directed accident prevention that the temporal and special distribution is studied. 442 accidents information is collected by crawler，and the temporal distribution，special distribution，and the accident rate of urbanization and ten million people in each province，autonomous regions and municipalities. The countermeasures are suggested that the pipeline accident information management should be enhanced，accident laws should be used for decision，and safety technology should be researched and applicated.
