地下管线保障城市正常运转和市民生产生活。研究地下管线事故时间与空间分布规律,是制定有针对性的事故防控措施的重要基础。本文基于利用爬虫方法收集到的管线事故信息442条,系统分析了事故的时间分布、地域分布特征以及不同省份建成区事故发生率和千万人口管线事故率。针对北京市提出了加强地下管线事故信息管理、充分利用事故规律支撑管理决策、加大安全科技成果的研发与应用力度等对策建议。
<<Urban underground pipeline is one of the important infrastructure,and the lifeline for the city operation. It is an important basis for the well-directed accident prevention that the temporal and special distribution is studied. 442 accidents information is collected by crawler,and the temporal distribution,special distribution,and the accident rate of urbanization and ten million people in each province,autonomous regions and municipalities. The countermeasures are suggested that the pipeline accident information management should be enhanced,accident laws should be used for decision,and safety technology should be researched and applicated.
