The construction of a comprehensive criminal prevention system is one of the important measures to strengthen the safety construction. H District of Beijing has built a comprehensive criminal prevention system with regional characteristics，which is composed of six subsystems：public security prevention，mass prevention，psychological prevention，scientific and technological prevention，recidivism prevention and penalty prevention，which has achieved good social effects. However，the construction of criminal crime prevention system in this area is also faced with some problems and difficulties，such as serious shortage of front-line specialized departments，inadequate connection of prevention mechanism and renovation of illegal crimes. We should further strengthen the construction of comprehensive criminal prevention system from the aspects of organizational function，system design，system mechanism and work security.
