With the continuous deepening of the aging population in Beijing，the demand for elderly care services for the elderly is increasing，and the demand for the elderly service personnel is increasingly prominent. It is particularly important to improve the professional quality of the personnel in the elderly care center. This paper adopts the data from the Beijing Municipal Senior Care Center Survey （2020） conducted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs，and analyzes the full-time and part-time status，gender and age distribution，education level，household registration and salary level of the staff in the Beijing Senior Care Center. The basic situation and characteristics of the talent team of Beijing elderly care center are studied，and the difficulties and problems in the construction and training of the talent team of the elderly care center are summarized and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
