北京市作为全国老龄化程度最高的城市之一,老年人的养老服务需求很大,对养老服务人才队伍的需求也在扩大,提高养老照料中心人才队伍的专业素质显得尤为重要。本文采用北京市民政局开展的北京市养老照料中心普查数据(2020年),通过分析北京市养老照料中心工作人员的全职兼职情况、性别年龄分布、受教育程度、户籍及工资水平等,对北京市养老照料中心的人才队伍基本情况及特征进行研究,分析了养老照料中心人才队伍建设中存在的困难和问题并提出相应的对策建议。
<<With the continuous deepening of the aging population in Beijing,the demand for elderly care services for the elderly is increasing,and the demand for the elderly service personnel is increasingly prominent. It is particularly important to improve the professional quality of the personnel in the elderly care center. This paper adopts the data from the Beijing Municipal Senior Care Center Survey (2020) conducted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs,and analyzes the full-time and part-time status,gender and age distribution,education level,household registration and salary level of the staff in the Beijing Senior Care Center. The basic situation and characteristics of the talent team of Beijing elderly care center are studied,and the difficulties and problems in the construction and training of the talent team of the elderly care center are summarized and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
