Industrial park is a platform for incubators，which plays an important role in establishing SMEs and promoting their good growth. SMEs have the strongest role in employment absorption，therefore improving the incubation capacity of SMEs in industrial parks is the key to enhance the ability of industrial parks to promote entrepreneurship and employment. Based on the analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship-driven employment development in Henan Industrial Park，this paper concludes that：Henan industrial park entrepreneurship-driven employment system is faced with outstanding problems，such as lack of entrepreneurship，lack of entrepreneurship education，low rate of scientific and technological transformation，weak entrepreneurship services and weak financing of entrepreneurship. On this basis，from the perspective of activity experience，park development，focus of supporting，comprehensive system，the combination of government and enterprises，this paper puts forward the solutions to enhance the ability of entrepreneurship-driven employment in Henan industrial park.
