As an integrated innovation and entrepreneurship service platform，makerspace has become an important carrier to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation. This paper elaborates the main achievements made in the construction of the makerspace in Henan Province. In view of the main problems，such as low number of state-level makerspace，uneven regional distribution，slightly insufficient service capacity，relatively single profit model，open sharing mechanism has not yet been formed，and inadequate policy guarantee system. the relevant countermeasures are given from the three aspects of strengthening top-level design，strengthening connotation construction and strengthening financial fund guidance.
