To improve the service system of public employment entrepreneurship is an important measure to practice the concept of employment priority，a comprehensive vehicle to promote high-quality employment，and the key to build a long-term mechanism to boost employment through entrepreneurship. Through the analysis of the development status quo of Henan public employment and entrepreneurship service system，the study concluded that：Henan public employment and entrepreneurship service system are faced with the service function and the new demand mismatch，talent team and new situation is not in harmony，service model and new requirements are not coordinated，service scope and focus area groups do not match and other outstanding problems. On this basis，from the perspective of cracking bottlenecks，top-level design，highlighting the focus，strengthening support，etc.，the countermeasures and a number of suggestions for accelerating the construction of a comprehensive public employment and entrepreneurship service system are put forward.
