The outbreak of COVID-19 in the end of 2019 promoted the reconstruction of the relations between big powers and the geographical shift of power centers，thus accelerating the development of multipolarization and the evolution of world order. The risks of the new cold war between China and the United States are increasing. The two systems have shown new characteristics of competition and cooperation in many fields. The weakness of western countries’ anti epidemic and the success of China’s anti epidemic pattern have once again highlighted the superiority of the socialist system. Coping with the COVID-19 highlights the necessity and urgency of promoting the construction of the human destiny community. To correctly handle the relationship between the two systems，we should not only deeply understand the essence of international monopoly capitalism，but also see that the situation of the United States and the European Union in cracking down on socialism will not change in the short term. We should also see that China has strengthened international cooperation in international competition，and continued to play the role of the mainstay of socialism in the world.
