本文基于对江西省龙南市虔心小镇的相关资料收集及实地调研，对其发展现状作了较为详细的了解。自2015年以来，虔心小镇获得了国家AAAA级旅游景区、全国森林康养基地试点建设单位、全国休闲农业与乡村旅游五星级景区、江西省旅游风情小镇等多项荣誉及称号。本文主要对虔心小镇农旅康养的总体概况、发展模式、特色民宿业态、未来战略以及经验启示等方面作了介绍及剖析，以期为旅游民宿业的进一步发展提供实践经验借鉴。
<<Based on the relevant data collection and field investigation of Ch’an Town in Longnan City，Jiangxi Province，this paper makes a more detailed understanding of its development status. Since 2015，Ch’an Town has won many honors and titles，such as National 4A Tourist Attraction，National Pilot Construction Unit of Forest Health Care Base，National 5-Star Scenic Spot of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism，and Jiangxi Provincial Tourism Style Town. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the general situation，development mode，characteristic B&B industry form，future strategy and experience of Ch’an Town，hoping to provide practical reference for the further development of the tourism B&B industry.
