In 2020，the homestay industry had experienced a test of life and death. The COVID-19 has caused incalculable damage to economic development around the world，especially the tourism industry. In the past year，Zhejiang tourism homestay suffers the most profound test in history. Based on the background，this study summarizes the development status，characteristics，trends and other aspects of Zhejiang homestay，and analyzes the classification of the homestay in Zhejiang.
