During the 13th Five-Year Plan period，Henan province industrial design has made breakthroughs in platform construction，government-industry-university-research cooperation，designed for helping the poor domain and other aspects，effectively promoted the improvement of quality and efficiency and promoted industrial transformation and upgrading. In response to the strategy of making China a powerful manufacturing country，Henan province has issued policy documents to encourage and support the development of industrial design and the construction of innovative platform for industrial design. In general，Henan province will continue to support the development of industrial design in terms of policy environment and personnel training in 2020，take Puyang city for example，it mainly promotes the overall development of Henan province industrial design from the following aspects：the main body of industrial design，the construction of industrial base，the purchase of industrial design services by enterprises，the holding of large-scale industrial design activities，the participation of enterprises in design innovation competitions，the transformation of industrial design achievements，and the establishment of special funds for industrial design industry.
