The coupled development of high-tech manufacturing and producer services is an important way for China to achieve high-quality development and build a strong manufacturing country. This report uses the coupling synergy model to measure the level of coupling and synergy between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech manufacturing industry and the producer service industry，and builds a multiple regression model based on the measurement results to analyze the main factors that affect the level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coupling and synergy development. The study found that the overall coupling level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech manufacturing industry and the producer service industry is relatively high，and shows a sustained growth trend，but the level of coupling and synergy varies significantly across regions；Beijing’s industrial structure has significant high-end characteristics，but the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Other regions have the problem of insufficient high-end industrial structure，which restricts the integration of the high-end parts of the industrial chain in the three regions；the number of surviving high-tech manufacturing companies，the number of large-scale high-tech production service companies，and the number of employees in the production service industry It is an important factor affecting the coupled development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech manufacturing industry and the producer service industry. Based on the main problems faced by the coupled development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech manufacturing industry and the producer service industry，this report puts forward the following recommendations to strengthen top-level design to break through the invisible barriers to the flow of resources between regions，encourage enterprise innovation，and promote the industrial chain and value chain to the high-end Extension etc.
