The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic emerging industry that provides high-end technology and equipment for industrial development，and is an important engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Based on the coupling coordination degree model，this report constructs an evaluation index system for the integrated development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain from the perspectives of industrial scale，structure，growth rate and innovation power，and measures the coupling coordination degree and conducts related analysis. The study found that the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has been greatly improved in terms of industrial scale，innovation power and growth rate，but the coupling degree is generally in the low-level coupling stage，and the coupling coordination degree is generally at a serious imbalance level. On this basis，this report puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions：improve the integration ability of high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain with enterprises as the main body；Set up a public innovation service platform to provide all-round services for the industrial chain and innovation chain；give full play to the government role to foster an exemplary and innovative industrial chain for high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
