Luoyang is rich in the Yellow River cultural tourism resources，including humanity scenic spots such as Longmen Grottoes，White Horse Temple and Han HanGu Pass，etc. and natural scenic spots such as Xiaolangdi，Longtan Gorge and the Yellow River Wetland of National Nature Reserve，etc.. In the process of constructing the Yellow River cultural tourism belt，Luoyang is committed to improving the cultural tourism industry system，vigorously developing festival tourism，promoting the innovative development of cultural tourism with the help of ecological protection，and closely seizing the opportunity of building ZBL Yellow River international tourism to explore a road of cultural tourism development with Luoyang characteristics.
