Starting from September 2020，the Office of the Leading Group for Social Construction Work in Songjiang District，Shanghai，has cooperated with the Shanghai Research Association of Society for Social Construction to carry out the questionnaire survey of the “Year 2020 Songjiang District Social Construction Index System Evaluation “and the” Year 2020 Songjiang District Social Construction Policy Awareness and People’s Livelihood Satisfaction”，exploring the establishment of a social governance evaluation system and an evaluation result disclosure mechanism based on community residents’ satisfaction as the main measurement standard. Based on the empirical survey data of subjective indicators，this report conducts statistical analysis from the three perspectives of policy awareness，people’s livelihood satisfaction，expectations and visions，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions by researchers，for the Songjiang District Committee and the district government to fully grasp，Deeply promote the social construction work of Songjiang District to provide decision-making reference，and also provide a reference template for other districts to carry out related work.
