为不断满足老年人日益增长的美好生活需要,落实市委、市政府关于打响“上海服务”品牌的要求,市民政局于2018年5月在全市开展社区“养老顾问”试点工作。随着工作的不断深入,养老顾问该如何发展才能可持续运行成为目前养老顾问工作亟待解决的问题。本研究通过文献研究法、实地访谈、问卷调查等方法对养老顾问工作的运行现状及问题进行梳理,在此基础上结合养老顾问服务体系框架提出养老顾问可持续运行的建议。
<<in order to continuously meet the growing needs of the elderly for a better life and implement the requirements of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government to launch the “Shanghai service” brand,the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau launched the pilot work of community “elderly care consultant” in the city in May 2018. With the deepening of the work,how to develop the pension consultant to run sustainably has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through literature research,forum,field interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper combs the operation status and problems of pension consultant work,and on this basis,combined with the framework of pension advisory service system,puts forward suggestions for the sustainable operation of pension consultants.
