The development vitality of the entire health industry has been further stimulated and released. Shanghai has basically become an Asian medical center city. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period（2021-2025），Shanghai’s health reform and development must adhere to the conviction of people first and health first，promoting the transformation from treatment-centered to health-centered. Focusing on serving the national strategy and city function，and serving people with quality life，an integrated，intelligent，and high-quality service system will be build. Shanghai is going to make solid progress towards a health technology innovation center with global influence and a global model as healthy city，and become one of the cities with the most complete public health system in the world.
