During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period，the employment status of women in Shanghai has generally shown a positive trend. At the same time，women are also facing some difficulties and problems in employment. This research conducted a comprehensive analysis of the employment situation of Shanghai women during the 13th Five-Year Plan period，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the employment problem of female employment.
