In recent years，the Juvenile Procuratorial Department has carried out various work on the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency and achieved substantial results. This paper takes the relevant work and results carried out by the Procuratorial Departments of Beijing as an example to analyze the new situation and new tasks in the stage of juvenile delinquency prevention and correction work. In particular，under the background of the implementation of the revised “Two Laws”，the paper summarizes the new problems in practice and thinks about how to solve them.
