After the revision of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors，a special chapter on “Internet protection” has been added. This is the first time that special provisions concerning Internet protection in the field of minors have been introduced since the implementation of China’s Cybersecurity Law. At present China has basically formed the minors network protection system，to ensure the safety of minors online from several aspects，but still need to further complete the legislation，strengthen the supervision of the Internet enterprise，promote network literacy of guardians of minors，form a family-school-society-government complete protection closed loop，to protect minors’ online safety.
