本报告结合调查结果，选取了基本公共服务满意度调查中群众最关心的交通拥堵、个人隐私保护、社会保障预期、新冠肺炎疫情防控、城市生活环境、公共服务信息化六个核心问题进行了深入评价，并发布排行榜，旨在为提高政府公共服务力提出政策建议和决策参考。
<<In accordance with the survey result，the report evaluates in-depth six core social problems which are most concerned about by the general public，including Traffic Congestion，Personal Privacy Protection，Social Security Expectations，Urban Living Environment，Prevention and Control of Covid-19，and Public Service Informatization. Related ranking lists are also issued，in order to make policy recommendation and decision making reference on developing the public service force of the government.
