Based on all publicly available cases of acknowledgement/recognition and enforcement of overseas arbitral awards and judgments in China in 2020，this paper presents the acknowledgement/recognition and enforcement of overseas arbitral awards and judgments in China in a graphical way. According to statistics，in 2020，the acknowledgement/recognition and enforcement rate of overseas arbitral awards and judgments in China reaches 75.67%，reflecting the support attitude of Chinese courts for international judicial assistance. This paper further analyzes the reasons for the nine cases not acknowledged/recognized and enforced in 2020，and shares the annual great cases and the latest development of judicial practice，with a view to providing reference and guidance for overseas judicial，arbitration institutions and participants in cross-border disputes. With the further practice of advocating and gradually expanding the scope of international judicial assistance and the transformation of the principle of reciprocity，it is believed that there will be new breakthroughs and development in this field in 2021.
