In general，the crime control in 2020 continued to improve on an overall stable basis，and the number of criminal cases in the whole year steadily decreased. Affected by the prevention and control of the epidemic in the first half of 2020，the crime of hindering the prevention and control of COVID-19 has become an important task of crime governance. At the same time，the issue of crime control in other fields has also changed accordingly. The changing trend of different types of crimes is quite different，the incidence of serious violent crimes and homicide cases continued to decline，while the detection rate remains at a fairly high level；the crimes of endangering public security and disrupting economic order were still relatively serious；the crime of network telecom fraud was still increasing，and the governance difficulty was also increased；the number of duty-related crimes transferred for prosecution has maintained a stable trend.
