The basic contents of China’s Kangyang industrial land policy were systematically reviewed，including the determination of use in planning and the guarantee of supply in planning，the diversity of land supply modes and supply bodies，the optimization of approval procedures and real estate registration，land transfer and land use supervision，and the innovation of rural Kangyang project land use. It is revealed that the key problems of the current Kangyang industrial land are duplication of core，decentralization and one-sided，and difficulty in operation and implementation. The optimization path is put forward from “scientific planning，differentiated supply，improvement of operation rules and strengthening of land use supervision”.
