Improving the specialization level of agricultural socialized service system is an important way to accelerate agricultural modernization. The construction of agricultural socialized service system has experienced three periods，namely，the exploration of market-oriented reform of agricultural service system，the construction of agricultural socialized service system，and the construction of new agricultural socialized service system，which has become an important part of the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. The prominent problems of the agricultural socialized service system exist，such as a lack of professional service ability，which are manifested in the following aspects：some public service institutions are “tangible but not real”；the knowledge structure of personnel is lagging behind；the service force is scattered and the layout is unreasonable；the service mode is out of the development trend of modern agriculture. Other problems include the weak specialized service strength of industry chain，the unbalanced development of agricultural productive service industry，the imperfect service organization system for small farmers，and the repeated and disordered development of various service platforms. These problems led to the bottleneck of professional upgrade of market-oriented agricultural service supply. In order to meet the requirements of agricultural modernization in 2035，we must take the initiative to adapt to the evolution trend of agricultural modernization，promote the formation of a new pattern of multi-sharing agricultural socialized service system，which is guided by the government，led by the market，diversified in actors and in forms，being convenient，efficient and able to be benefited from the whole chain.
