Daxing international airport airport economic zone，free trade area and comprehensive bonded zone （hereinafter referred to as the “three areas”） helps to promote Beijing the realization of the “four centers” strategic positioning，to implement the high level of opening to the outside world，the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei，and “area” initiative，is of great significance，such as national important strategy. This report analyzes the basic situation of the construction of “Three Regions”，finds out the practical problems in the construction process，and then puts forward the five key areas of the construction of “Three Regions” from the perspective of service trade. Put forward in the process of building “three areas” is integration of airport economic zone development model needs further formation，free trade area，innovation development model needs to be broader，collaborative propulsive efficiency needs further improvement and protection zone construction remains to be further defined four questions，and from the perspective of service trade，put forward the construction of the “three areas，” the five key areas：relying on the service trade will promote the development of convention and exhibition industry，build large green data center，vigorously develop cross-border business，development of multinational business model，build tourism service trade growth pole.
