China has established 10 pilot national parks since 2015. The first batch of national parks will be officially established soon and the natural reserve systems mainly composed of national parks will gradually established. Summarizing the construction experience of the national park pilot，national parks cover a wide area，involve a large number of stakeholders with complex relationships. Interest coordination is the key to the success of national park development. Therefore，the social impact assessment is required to be prepared in the national park candidate program on the basis of scientific investigation and conformity confirmation report and establishment plan. The social impact assessment aims to analyze and study the potential risks and social benefits of the establishment of national parks，and provides a reference for the preparation and subsequent implementation of the establishment plan. This paper takes the proposed Hulunbuir National Park as a research case，conducts research based on stakeholder analysis through field investigations. Propose targeted social management solutions by analyzing the social and economic impacts，potential social risks and social benefits of the establishment of national parks on the evaluation area.
