景区作为我国旅游业发展的核心载体,已经开始由高速发展阶段转向高质量发展阶段。本文从我国景区高速发展的成绩回顾和总结出发,阐述了景区高质量发展的必要性。为了探寻景区高质量发展的路径,本文引入了价值共创理论,扩展了其内涵和外延,尝试建立基于产业复合价值的景区价值共创模型,对景区高质量发展的价值共创框架进行了构建,并以华侨城为例,分析了景区高质量发展的价值共创实践探索,以期为景区高质量发展提供可参考的路径和可借鉴的样本。
<<Tourism attractions,the core vehicle of tourism industry,their development has embarked on a new phase,the basic feature of which is that the mode is now transitioning from rapid growth to high-quality development. The paper states the necessity of the high-quality development in tourism attractions,depending on both achievements and the issues emerged in the rapid growth phace. To explore the route for the high-quality development,the paper builds a value co-creation model in tourism attraction,based on the industrial value,by utilizing and expanding the thoery of the value co-creation. To provide a role model of exploring the value co-creation in tourism attrations,this paper studies the practice case of Overseas Chinese Town Holdings Company (OCT).
