Many citizens know the “Guangzhou Neighborhood” brand of collective defense and co-governance，and most of them recognize its role in the construction of safe Guangzhou；Quite a lot of citizens recognize the role of grass-roots social worker organizations in community governance and believe that efforts should be made to strengthen the professional ability and quality of employees，and establish a long-term and stable service team. The overwhelming majority of citizens support the creation of a “shared community” community participation model，and they are most concerned about the building of a sense of residential security，neighborhood relations，and the community environment.
