General Secretary Xi has put forward high requirements for Guangzhou，which is one of the central cities in the GBA，to achieve the brand-new vitality of the old city and Four New Achievements. The mechanism of cross-border exchange and integration of Hong Kong and Macao youth is the focus of the implementation of the strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In this regard，Guangzhou has made some achievements in policy support，platform construction，base construction and environmental optimization，but still lagged behind the target in expected effect，policy precision and atmosphere of creativity and innovation in different degrees. Under the situation of cooperation and development of the three places，we need to focus on mechanism building and innovation to promote youth exchange and integration. Specifically，we should continue to strengthen ideological guidance，attach great importance to our work related to Hong Kong and Macao，establish and improve working mechanisms to jointly promote the exchange and integration，and innovate related policy systems，to build the highland of the integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
