    2016~2020年广州品牌社会组织建设:政策、过程与建议

    摘要

    社会组织在社会治理过程中扮演着重要角色,广州市的岭南文化沉淀与活跃的民间社会组织发展氛围助推了广州市社会组织的发展。广州自明清时期就有着发展民间社会组织的文化传统,自中华人民共和国成立后,广州社会组织建设经历了缓慢发展、全民发展、蓬勃建设时期,并逐渐迈入“品牌建设”阶段。根据广州市社会组织联合会及相关资料,本报告梳理了广州市社会组织发展过程中的阶段特征,揭示了社会组织品牌建设的内在价值与意义。本报告总结了广州市品牌社会组织培育的具体建设过程及取得的成绩,分析了品牌社会组织培育建设过程中可提升的空间:优化行业结构、深化对品牌社会组织建设的理解、完善现代法人治理结构下的品牌建设工作。本报告认为,未来品牌社会组织建设可以从党建引领优先、多元主体参与、营造浓厚氛围上进一步发展,将品牌化发展作为新机遇,提升社会组织发展水平。

    Abstract

    Social organization is an important part of social governance,which is promoted by lingnan Culture and active atmosphere of civil society organizations in Guangzhou. Guangzhou has had a cultural tradition of the development of civil society organizations since the Ming and Qing dynasties. Since the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China,the construction of social organizations in Guangzhou has experienced slow development,nationwide development and vigorous construction,and gradually into the “brand building” stage. Based on the Guangzhou Federation of social organizations and related materials,this report combs the stage characteristics of social organizations development in Guangzhou,and summarizes the intrinsic value and significance of the organization brands construction. Organization identification,trust promotion,resource acquisition and management optimization are the four values of social organization brand. This report summarizes the concrete construction process and achievements of brand social organizations cultivation in Guangzhou,this paper analyses the space that can be promoted in the process of the cultivation and construction of brand social organizations,such as optimizing the industrial structure,deepening the understanding of the construction of brand social organizations,and perfecting the construction of brand under the modern corporate governance structure. This report holds that the construction of brand social organizations can be further developed from the Party building leading the priority,multi-subject participation,creating a strong atmosphere,building brand strategy in the future. Brand development as a new opportunity,raise the level of development of social organizations.
