General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that “the community is the ‘last kilometer’ for the party and government to contact and serve the residents’”. In recent years，community party building has been paid attention to at the different level organizations，and the party’s organizations have achieved full coverage at the community level. At the same time，the community itself is changing. On the one hand，various emerging social organizations continue to develop；on the other hand，in addition to the form of traditional “danwei” residential areas，there are also a large number of commercial housing residential areas，relocating residential areas，security apartment residential areas and other living space. These new organizations and living forms not only pose new challenges to community party building，but also provide new space and resources for party organizations to play a role. Based on the community party building in Yanqing district，this paper combs the operation mechanism，results，problems and suggestions of the Community Party Building Work Coordination Committee after the establishment of it. So as to promote the regionalization party building，form a large party building pattern and solve the concerns of the masses.
