In the era of media convergence，community information dissemination should be considered as an important part of community governance，which plays a strong role in promoting the development and implementation of community work. With questionnaire survey method and interview method as the main research methods，this research analyzed the situation and existing problems of information transmission in Beijing residents’ communities during COVID-19，discussed the influential factors of community public opinions and information communication of community. The research also provides countermeasures and suggestions for community epidemic information dissemination，which mainly include five aspects. First of all，the attention of the community should be shifted from the community epidemic information dissemination to community information dissemination mechanism construction. Secondly，the community should improve the media literacy of community workers. Thirdly，the community should make a clear relationship between the quantity and quality of the community epidemic information dissemination. Fourthly，the community should clear up the division of work related to the epidemic between the neighborhood committee and the property. Finally，the community should build a community volunteer database and improve tenant information management.
