Public health events under the background of cyber society present higher risk points，which pose a challenge to the existing governance system and governance capabilities. The special status of the capital Beijing makes this challenge particularly obvious. Facing the dilemma of online public opinion guidance，some effective solutions in Beijing have begun to produce results and have realized the innovation of public crisis governance in the Internet era. On this basis，constructing governance strategies from the aspects of system design，institutional coordination and cooperation，and the shaping of public health concepts will further improve the governance system to prevent and resolve the risks of major public health events.
