For the overall goal of demonstration zone of the international first-class harmonious livable city，the development of social organizations with high quality，which is the important initiative of promoting the social development of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center （Beijing MC）. For this target，it does not only need to achieve equilibrium quantity，equilibrium type and equilibrium structure of social organizations in Beijing MC，priority to the development of social service agency，Industry association and chamber of commerce，Public welfare and charity organizations，community social organizations and so on. It also needs to improve the modern social organization management system，including the supporting policies，promote their autonomy in accordance with the law，create a favorable institution and social environment for the development of social organizations，and make it play an important role in the development of Beijing MC.
