“Community home-based” is a prominent feature of China’s multi-level old-age service system. Community home-based old-age service system has the advantages of cost，emotion and convenience，and is in a fundamental and key position in the old-age service system. Community home-based care needs a social support system with multiple participation，complementary advantages and diversified resources. Beijing has attached great importance to the development of community home-based care for the aged for a long time，and has formed the “9064” and “three edges and four levels” elderly care service system，which is now in the “development and improvement stage” of “strengthening weak points” and “improving weakness”. The social support system for community home-based elderly care in Beijing has been continuously improved，and the social support network has become more and more dense. Some urban areas have also actively explored the social support measures for community home-based elderly care with characteristics. This paper puts forward the need to further coordinate the relationship between government，market and society；construct the “five-in-one” social support system of “service support-technical support-environmental support-social participation support-family support”.
