社区志愿服务作为创新社区治理的新途径,有助于解决社区治理中面临的多元参与不足问题,对合作治理结构的形成有重要作用。但目前我国社区志愿者的素质参差不齐,社区志愿者老龄化严重等问题已经成为制约我国社区志愿服务发展的重要因素。笔者通过参与式观察以项目制形式介入N社区志愿服务更新工作,研究发现:社区工作专业方法在招募和培养青年志愿者、提升社区志愿者能力方面有一定的优势和不足,项目虽然取得一定预期效果,但没能有效实现让青年群体介入社区志愿服务力量的预期。笔者对于社区志愿服务力量没能有效更新的现实进行了反思,进而提出社区志愿服务力量更新的相关建议。
<<As a new way to innovate community governance,community voluntary service helps to solve the problem of insufficient participation in community governance and plays an important role in the formation of cooperative governance structure. However,at present,the quality of community volunteers is uneven,and the aging of community volunteers has become an important factor restricting the development of community volunteer service in China. Through participatory observation,the author intervenes in the renewal of volunteer service in n community in the form of project system. The research finds that the professional methods of community work have certain advantages and disadvantages in recruiting and training young volunteers and improving the ability of community volunteers. Although the project has achieved certain expected results,it has not effectively realized the expectation that young groups can be involved in the community volunteer service. The author reflects on the reality that the community volunteer service force has not been effectively updated,and then puts forward relevant suggestions on cultivating community volunteer service force renewal.
