In 2020，in the context of the normalization of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic，the difficulty of community governance in Beijing will increase. This puts forward new demands for the construction of community endogenous organizations—community social organizations. In recent years，Beijing has vigorously promoted the construction of community social organizations，and established a community social organization federation at the street level to cultivate and develop community social organizations. So，how is the construction of community social organizations？This paper takes the community with good social capital and a certain representative old community-N community as an example. By investigating the social organization construction of the community，the main problems are analyzed. In the new era，only by continuously improving the construction of community social organizations and enhancing their professionalism and public welfare can they better participate in community governance and shoulder the mission of the times.
