Society Building is an important aspect of the overall layout of the “five-in-one”. After Consolidation of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and the Social Work Committee of the Beijing CPC，how to give full play to the advantages of the new system and mechanism and promote the high quality development of Society building is the key issue to be solved. This paper focuses on the situation of the capital society building in the new period from the aspects of accurately grasping the new requirements of the CPC and Beijing CPC for Society building，accurately grasping the development stage of the society building in Beijing，and accurately grasping the new changes brought by the Consolidation. On this basis，it points out the main direction and breakthrough point of the social work committee of the Beijing CPC to promote the society building in the new period. That is，to grasp the overall coordination，reform and innovation，and to grasp the principal contradictions and key works. At the same time，highlight the key tasks in the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control.
