本报告从数量匹配、结构匹配、质量匹配、观念匹配、综合匹配等5个方面,选用42个指标,基于麦可思调查数据及其他权威数据,对我国高等教育与就业市场匹配状况进行了分析。结果显示,除数量匹配状况较好外,我国高等教育与就业市场匹配状况总体不佳。在结构匹配方面:性别结构有轻微的女性偏向,就业地区分布存在东部偏向问题,专业对口率低,过度教育比高。在质量匹配方面:离职率畸高,上岗适应期长,基本技能水平一般。在观念匹配方面:毕业生就业偏好有强烈的城市偏向,职业期待吻合度不高,创业率非常低。在综合匹配方面:用人单位满意度和毕业生就业满意度均不高。
<<The author analyzes the match indexes of higher education and job market in China. The research results show that the match between higher education and the job market in China is quite bad. In addition to the quantity matching index,the structure matching,quality matching,concept matching,comprehensive matching index are poor,especially in the turnover rate,induction adaptation period,employment preference and so on.
